Before rededicating my life back to the Lord I immersed myself in the Health and wellness scene. Venturing off into Herbal medicine, reiki, Chakra meditation, sound bowl healing, yoga and more. Shortly after having a life changing encounter with the Holy Spirit he nudged me to cancel a partially paid for spiritual retreat to Thailand! Yes, I was disappointed however I knew there was a reason. I started to learn that many of the practices I was so once excited for, I could no longer participate in because of my new covenant with God. I quickly noticed that the circle for Christ centered wellness was extremely small. The lord brought me back to the Wellness coach certification I received in 2019. It was as if he said “Use this to glorify me, and let’s create our own space”.

For as long as I can remember I've had a passion for health. Whether it’s through diet, exercise, or spiritual growth! I’ve tried many avenues to see what works best for me and I would love to partner with you to help you find the best care, discipline and balance that aligns with you and your BODY.
